Hi, thank you for being here!
,
.
I have been a physical therapist for three years after graduating from Marquette University in 2022. At Marquette, I received a Bachelor in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I pride myself on my love of learning and decided after graduate school that I would take the Travel PT route. Because of that decision, I have been fortunate enough to work in hospitals, inpatient rehab facilities (neurology and complex orthopedic cases), and various outpatient orthopedic clinics. It has been the best and most growing experience so far! I am excited for my next step of owning my own practice and having the opportunity to support you!

In my free time, you can find me spending quality time with my favorite people, eating lots and lots of good spicy food, exploring Chicago and the world, and training for triathlons!

Fun Fact: I am afraid of heights, but I have been skydiving twice and I live for a good rollercoaster. Yes, I know. It doesn't make sense to me either!
My Why
I want people to feel seen and heard during the most vulnerable times. I want you to know that I will help you achieve your goals like they’re my goals. I want to share your excitement when you reach your goals no matter how big or small they seem. I want you to see a woman of color and feel comforted that you can talk to someone who understands. I want to empower your life through movement education. I want to bridge the gap between becoming successful in work and taking the next step to elevating your life through feeling strong. To put it simply, I want to support and empower you.

Big Focus on your WHY
We address your big goal and real reason for attending PT. Sure, less pain is better and definitely a focus in our sessions. But, what activity would you like to do again? What activity is the pain preventing you from doing that would add more life to your days? That is what we use to guide each of our sessions.
