Initial
Evaluation
After the phone consultation, we will meet for a thorough 75 minute evaluation. Dr. Monica and you will work together to get to the root of the issue and develop a plan for your recovery. You can expect connecting, assessing, and leaving with a sense of hope and empowerment.
Follow Up & Future Care
Each follow up is 50 minutes. This is our time to reflect on the past week, discuss any necessary changes to exercises/lifestyle, and progress in our plan of care through strengthening, manual therapy, and whatever else is specific to YOU.
